Our brand

Gadgerz-Shoppy is a British brand. It is the online shop of Scalefuel Ads Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, and it sells products for the home, cleaning, the kitchen and the garden to households in Italy, Spain, Poland and the United Kingdom.

This page explains what the brand is: what we sell, how we choose what goes into the catalogue, how payment works, and what happens once you have ordered. No invented backstory and no inflated figures, just what we actually do.

What Gadgerz-Shoppy is

We are a retailer. We do not make the items you find on this site. We choose them, buy them from manufacturers and suppliers, describe them properly, and bring them to your door.

We are not a shop that sells everything. We cover one area only: the things that keep a home and a garden running. Vacuum cleaners, robot vacuums, small kitchen appliances, garden tools, and products for cleaning and tidying. If an item does not belong to one of those families, it does not go into the catalogue, however fashionable it might be.

We have no shop open to the public. We are a distance seller: you send an enquiry, accept our confirmation email in writing, and the parcel arrives at your home.

Why this brand exists

We aim to describe products clearly and answer your questions before you order. That comes down to four practical commitments.

Every item we sell must meet these four commitments.

A British brand

Gadgerz-Shoppy is the name Scalefuel Ads Ltd sells under online. Scalefuel Ads Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales at Companies House under company number 15697275.

Being a British company does not mean the parcels leave from the United Kingdom. It means there is an identifiable company behind this site, with a name and a registration number on the public record, which you can check and which you can hold to account. The full company details, including the registered name, the company number and the registered office, are on our About us page and in the footer of every page on this site.

We sell in four countries: Italy, Spain, Poland and the United Kingdom. Our customer service team answers in English.

The categories we cover

Four product families, always the same ones. Below is what each of them contains, with concrete examples of items we sell or that fall within our range.

Home cleaning

Kitchen

Garden and outdoor spaces

Home and storage

The catalogue changes over time: some models go, others arrive. What does not change is the categories. If you are looking for an item you can no longer see online, email us at info@gadgerz-shoppy.com and we will tell you whether it is coming back.

How we choose products

We do not sell everything our suppliers offer us. Every item goes through five checks, always the same ones and always in the same order.

  1. Is it genuinely useful? We start from a real problem: a floor to clean, a hedge to cut, dinner to get ready in less time. If a product does not solve a problem, we do not take it on, however well it sells elsewhere.
  2. Is the supplier identifiable? We work only with suppliers and manufacturers that have a name, an address and paperwork. They must give us technical data sheets, manuals and, where the law requires it, declarations of conformity.
  3. Is the product compliant? Electrical items we sell in the United Kingdom and in the European Union must meet the safety and marking rules that apply in those markets, and must come with instructions in the language of the country. If an item does not meet them, it does not go into the catalogue.
  4. We try it. We ask for samples before we open sales. We look at the materials, the weight, the packaging, the noise, the claimed battery life and whether the required labelling is there. If what arrives does not match the supplier’s data sheet, the product does not go on sale.
  5. We keep watching it. We track returns, faults and the questions that reach customer service. If a model causes repeated problems, we take it off the catalogue or change supplier. We do not leave it online and hope the problem goes away.

What we do not do

Our safety criteria, product compliance and your statutory rights are explained in full on the Warranty and product safety page.

How payment works

You send an enquiry through the contact form, where the product can be preselected, or by email.

We reply by email with the price, the delivery charge, the delivery time, the payment methods available for that order and when payment is due. How to pay is agreed by email before the order is confirmed.

Nothing is payable until you accept our written confirmation. We charge no fee for any payment method. Cash on delivery is available only where a specific product page says so. If you have a question about payment, email info@gadgerz-shoppy.com before confirming your order.

The amount and currency you pay and any delivery charges are stated in our confirmation email. See the Payment methods page for how payment works.

How an order works

There is no shopping basket on this site yet. Send an enquiry through the contact form or by email; an order exists only when you accept our confirmation email in writing.

  1. You send an enquiry. Use the contact form with the product preselected, or email us with the product and quantity you want. No payment details and no card number.
  2. We reply by email. We give you the price, the delivery charge, the delivery time, the payment methods available for that order and when payment is due. You accept our confirmation email in writing to confirm the order.
  3. We dispatch your order after your written acceptance of our confirmation email, subject to the payment terms stated in it. When the courier collects the parcel we send you the tracking number.
  4. You receive the parcel at the agreed delivery address. Delivery is handled by local carriers in each destination country (DHL or BRT in Italy).

The delivery time for your order is stated in our confirmation email and is in any event no later than 30 days after you accept it. Where payment in advance applies, delivery time runs from receipt of payment. An order is only confirmed when you accept our confirmation email in writing. Until then your request is not binding.

The full procedure, including what happens if you do not receive our email and how a wrong address is corrected, is on the How to order page. Areas covered, delivery costs and delivery times are in the Delivery Policy.

What happens if something goes wrong

This is where a brand is judged, not on its promises. These are the rules, and they always apply.

If you are ordering from Italy, Spain or Poland, you have the equivalent rights under EU consumer law: 14 days to cancel the contract, and a statutory guarantee on faulty goods of at least two years from delivery, which is three years in Spain.

How to contact us

For any question about a product, an order in progress or a delivery:

If you are writing about an order you have already placed, quote your order number and the email address you used. We will find your file straight away, without making you repeat everything.

If you write on a Friday evening or on a public holiday, we will reply on the next business day. If you are unsure about something before you order, ask us. We would rather answer one more question now than handle a return later.
