This mini chainsaw is a compact, hand-held cordless saw that runs on a rechargeable 24 V lithium-ion battery, so it needs neither petrol nor a mains cable. It is designed for light cutting jobs in the garden and around the home, such as pruning trees and shrubs, trimming branches and cutting small pieces of firewood. The saw has a short guide bar, a single handle that can be used with one hand, and a safety lock button that helps prevent the motor from starting accidentally.

To use the saw, fit a charged battery, press the safety lock and squeeze the trigger. Keep the chain lubricated and check the chain tension regularly. The wrench and screwdriver supplied are used to fit, adjust or replace the chain. The saw comes in a carry case with a battery charger and a spare chain. Always wear protective gloves and eye protection when the saw is running, and keep hands away from the chain.
